Agora Theatre was founded on a simple belief: performance can do more than entertain. It can help us understand one another, strengthen community, and inspire meaningful action.

Our name comes from the ancient Greek agora—a gathering place where people came together to exchange ideas and participate in public life. Agora Theatre reimagines that idea for today, creating a welcoming space where performance, conversation, laughter, and community intersect.
